Information we collect
When you make an enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, company name, website address, service, service area, project requirements, and anything else you choose to include in your message.
The enquiry form prepares a draft in your own email application. The form does not store your answers on this website, and nothing is sent to Yonderform Studio until you choose to send that email.
If you become a client, we may also hold proposal, contract, project, payment and invoicing information, along with records of our communications and your feedback.
The website hosting and security providers may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.
Business information from public sources
For carefully targeted business-to-business outreach, we may use limited professional information from publicly accessible sources such as company websites, Companies House, and business directories. This may include a person's name or role, a business email address, company details, website information, and factual observations about the business's public website.
We use this information to assess whether our services may be relevant and to send limited, personalised business communications. We rely on our legitimate interests in finding suitable business customers, while taking account of the recipient's rights and expectations.
You have the right to object to direct marketing at any time. Reply to a message or email Hello@yonderform.co.uk and we will stop using your information for that purpose.
Why we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and prepare requested reviews, proposals, or quotations.
- To take steps at your request before a contract and to perform client contracts.
- To manage projects, payments, records, and customer service.
- To operate and protect the website and business.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Our lawful bases are usually taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, and pursuing legitimate interests in operating, protecting, and developing the business.
Who we share information with
We use trusted providers to operate the business, including Microsoft 365 for email and business files and website hosting and security providers. We may also share information with professional advisers, payment providers, or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required.
We do not sell personal information.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on the provider's contractual and legal safeguards for international data transfers.
How long we keep information
General enquiries that do not become projects are normally deleted within 12 months. Prospecting records are reviewed regularly and removed when they are no longer relevant; suppression details may be retained so that we can honour an objection or opt-out.
Core client, contract, and invoice records may normally be kept for up to six years after the relationship ends where needed for tax, accounting, legal, or business-record purposes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or visitor analytics. Essential hosting and security technologies may operate where necessary to provide the website. If optional analytics or tracking is introduced, this notice and the site's consent controls will be updated before those technologies are enabled.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, or restrict your personal information, object to its use, or receive a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
To exercise a right, email Hello@yonderform.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the business, website, or legal requirements change. The latest version will always appear on this page.
